2023 Football & Cheer

Welcome to Orchard Lake Cardinals Football & Cheer! Home of the 2021 & 2022 MYFCC Varsity champions, and the 2022 MYFCC Freshman champions!

We have four (4) football divisions: Varsity, which is comprised of 13 & 14 year olds and is a requirement for any 8th grade players; JV is comprised of 11 & 12 year olds, Freshman 9 & 10 year olds, and Junior Freshman, which is our developmental level, is comprised of 6, 7, and 8 year olds.
Players must be the required division age by August 31st of the season calendar year.
This is a weighted league, and weight limits may be found under each division description. Any player over their division weight limit has the option to move up to the next level (if space is available), commit to working toward goal weight if in a healthy range, or cancel registration with a full refund before September 1, 2023.
Optional but highly encouraged off season conditioning will begin in March and will be communicated via email.
Season dates for mandatory practices & games begin August 7th - November 13th with equipment turn in to follow.
Additional Fees: $50 equipment deposit and $50 volunteer deposit, to be returned at the end of the season pending good standing.

Cheerleaders must be between the ages of 6 and 14, with some 5 year olds as mascots. There is no weight limit but must be physically able to participate in stunts, flips, and other movements plus endure 2+ hours of practicing and side line cheer in all temps and weather conditions, lightning and thunder excluded.
